Itemized BQ,每一行写清楚规格。施工中确实需要 Variation Order,会先出书面 VO 单、报价、签字,再施工 — 不会有未经同意的追加费用。

Itemized BQ with specs spelled out. Necessary VOs are quoted, written and signed before any work — no unauthorised charges land on you mid-build.

我们会拍摄施工过程作为工程记录。在你同意之前,你的家不会出现在我们的广告或社媒中。我们靠的是住在里面的你愿意推荐我们 — 而不是把你的家当作品集。

We document our work for engineering records. Without your consent, your home won't appear in our marketing or social media. We grow through homeowners who recommend us — not by showcasing your private space.

Extension / Wet-Work

我们有自己的泥水工队,也接局部装修。常见范围:单层扩建、厨卫改造、防水工程、外墙翻新。同样开 Itemized BQ,同样在书面 VO 流程下施工。

We run our own masonry crew and take partial scopes — single-storey extensions, wet area remakes, waterproofing, façade refresh. Same itemized BQ, same written-VO process.

大多数装修出问题,都在 brief 阶段,范围含糊、VO 无价可依、材料中途被替换。我们从第一天就把这些做清楚。

Most renovations go wrong in the brief — vague scope, unpriced VOs, materials swapped mid-build. We prevent that by being specific from day one.
